Job Summary

A reputable Facility Management company in Qatar is seeking an experienced and highly competent Head of Control and Inspection Department to oversee quality control, operational inspection, and service monitoring across all projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in facility management operations, particularly in cleaning and soft services supervision and inspection. The candidate must be capable of performing both administrative and field-based operational work, ensuring service quality standards are maintained across all company projects.

The role requires a proactive professional who can manage inspection teams, conduct site audits, coordinate with project managers, and provide technical and operational guidance to improve service delivery.

The candidate must possess a valid Qatar driving license and relevant certifications in facility management and cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities

Control and Inspection Operations

  • Oversee inspection and quality control activities across all facility management projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections for cleaning and soft services operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and client contractual requirements.
  • Monitor performance of cleaning staff, supervisors, and service teams.
  • Identify service gaps, operational risks, and performance deficiencies.
  • Prepare inspection reports and submit findings to the General Manager.

Soft Services Quality Management

  • Supervise cleaning operations including general cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services.
  • Monitor housekeeping standards in commercial, residential, and project sites.
  • Ensure proper implementation of service procedures and operational checklists.
  • Evaluate manpower deployment and productivity levels.
  • Support operational teams in improving service efficiency and quality.

Project Coordination and Field Supervision

  • Visit project sites regularly to verify operational performance.
  • Work closely with project supervisors and project managers.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams regarding cleaning methods and service standards.
  • Participate in client meetings when required.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Prepare operational inspection reports, performance summaries, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain inspection records and quality audit files.
  • Assist management in developing operational policies and quality procedures.
  • Monitor project KPIs and service level agreements.

Team Management and Development

  • Supervise inspection staff and quality control personnel.
  • Provide training recommendations for operational staff.
  • Promote best practices in facility management operations.

Compliance and Standards Enforcement

  • Ensure adherence to Qatar regulations, client contracts, and company policies.
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and service quality standards across all projects.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in facility management or cleaning operations are required.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in facility management operations.
  • Strong practical experience in cleaning and soft services inspection and supervision.
  • Proven experience working in the Qatar facility management market.
  • Hands-on experience in project site audits and operational quality control.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, housekeeping standards, and soft services management.
  • Ability to conduct practical inspections and operational assessments on site.
  • Experience preparing reports and operational analysis.
  • Familiarity with FM industry best practices and quality management systems.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
  • Certifications related to facility management, cleaning operations, or quality inspection are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
