We specialize in middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors and countless job functions.

We are looking for a Head of CRM for our client operating in the travel arrangements industry.


Responsibilities

  • Creating, implementing, and continuously improving CRM strategy,
  • Designing customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and loyalty strategies,
  • Developing brand partnerships (banks, financial institutions, brands, partner companies) and managing integrated CRM campaigns,
  • End-to-end planning of campaign management processes (ideation, setup, testing, measurement),
  • Conducting A/B tests, analyzing customer behavior, and driving performance optimization,
  • Developing Marketing Automation channels (email, SMS, push) and managing automation flows,
  • Coordinating with IT to enhance CRM infrastructure and optimize processes,
  • Leading, developing, and managing the goals of the CRM team.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM and 3 years in team management,
  • Experience in tourism, e-commerce, retail, or service industries,
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365,
  • Experience in campaign management and developing brand partnerships,
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills,
  • Expertise in Marketing Automation, segmentation, and customer journey design,
  • Experience with CRM platforms ,
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills,
  • Good command of English (preferred).
