Head of Cyber Technology (2625)

Engage in defining and implementing the cyber security strategy, roadmap and security improvement plan.

Responsible for Health Checks for all information security tools

Provide expert advice and guidance on all cyber security related matters and ensure that the technology concerned teams are engaged and supported

Ensure the bank’s suppliers and vendors are appropriately assessed against the required technical specs and manage the relationship with vendors and suppliers.

Effective HW resource planning, ensuring the Cyber Security department is able to provide the relevant support to projects operations.

Setting the vision, goals, and budget forecast for cyber security programs

Responsible for the translation of business problems into information security controls

Accountable for managing the contractual agreement / deal process from end to end with the Bank’s procurement team.

Bring automation principles as the default way to go in all operational activities

Supervise the deployment and maintenance of operational security solutions

Ensures that team members are provided with the needed coaching and guidance for their career growth and progression.

Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer Science, or related field.

In-depth knowledge of security principles, best practices, and industry standards within application security

In-depth knowledge of Information or Cyber Security Operations, Incident response processes.

Comprehensive and practical knowledge of OWASP

Excellent understanding and knowledge of codes languages and knowledge of modifying and compiling exploit code

Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience

Professional certifications such as CISSP, ISSMP, CISM, OSWP, BSCP, Certified Red Team Professional are preferred.

Experience within Banking Industry will be considered as an asset
