Job Summary

Atmis Computers is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Cybersecurity – IT & Digital Transformation to lead the company’s cybersecurity initiatives while supporting enterprise digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in securing IT infrastructure, cloud environments, digital platforms, and business systems against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Lead cybersecurity operations, governance, and risk management initiatives.
• Protect enterprise systems, cloud platforms, networks, and digital assets from cyber threats.
• Oversee security architecture for digital transformation and IT modernization projects.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with IT, software, and executive teams to strengthen digital security frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend secure digital solutions.
• Provide cybersecurity awareness training and guidance to employees and stakeholders.
• Prepare security reports, analytics, and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or digital transformation leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, enterprise systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT governance.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, firewalls, endpoint protection, and network security tools.
• Familiarity with digital transformation technologies, automation, and enterprise applications.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
