To strengthen our digital resilience, we are seeking an experienced Head of Cybersecurity to lead our security strategy, safeguard critical systems, and ensure compliance with global standards.

Role Overview

The Head of Cybersecurity will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s cybersecurity roadmap, managing risk, and leading initiatives to protect sensitive data and infrastructure. This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity strategy: Develop and implement enterprise-wide security frameworks.
• Risk management: Identify vulnerabilities and establish mitigation plans.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to international standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Incident response: Lead detection, response, and recovery from security incidents.
• Technology adoption: Evaluate and integrate advanced security tools and practices.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with IT, legal, and business units to align security with organizational goals.
• Team leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head of Cybersecurity or senior security leadership role.
• Strong expertise in network security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Knowledge of cyber risk frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Pay: KD1,800.000 - KD2,800.000 per month
