About TNT Growth

TNT Growth is a performance marketing agency on a clear mission: driving growth for businesses so they can make their impact. We combine creativity, data, and operational excellence across paid media, SEO, and direct mail. Our three-function structure (Client Acquisition, Client Success, Operations) is systems-led, not hero-led, ensuring scalable, consistent results.

Wepecializes in skyrocketing businesses of all sizes, industries, and revenue models - spending over $200M on ads to pinpoint exactly what drives explosive growth. In under three years we’ve exceeded our revenue goals and have worked with clients including Salesforce, Gusto, Formula 1, Synthesis School, and more, all grounded in our THRIVE values.

Role Overview

The Head of Data & Analytics will build and own TNT Growth’s analytics foundation to enable faster, smarter, and more confident decision-making, architecting a durable measurement ecosystem that delivers trusted data, reliable reporting, defensible attribution, operational discipline, and meaningful intelligence that drives profit—not just dashboards. Today, signal is fragmented, engineering needs strengthening, confidence in reporting varies, and analytics too often reacts instead of leading; this role exists to change that by establishing the systems, governance, and accountability required for analytics to be proactive, dependable, and deeply embedded into how TNT operates. When leadership trusts the data, clients feel confident, teams move decisively, and analytics becomes a strategic advantage, you’re succeeding.

What You’ll Do

  • Own TNT’s measurement strategy end-to-end

  • Define and operationalize agency-wide frameworks for KPIs, tracking, attribution, forecasting, testing, and learning

  • Build a measurement maturity model and move clients up it with clarity and structure

  • Architect and maintain a modern analytics stack including tracking, data pipelines, warehousing, modeling, and BI

  • Establish governance, QA, data quality monitoring, documentation, access standards, and privacy-forward measurement approaches

  • Deliver analytics that drives decisions — budget allocation, testing priorities, creative direction, CRO focus, and strategy

  • Build disciplined experimentation processes including incrementality, lift testing, and meaningful analysis

  • Lead client-facing analytics strategy and bring clarity to complex performance conversations

  • Push back on vanity metrics and unreliable narratives

  • Hire, lead, and develop analytics, analytics engineering, and data engineering talent

  • Build predictable intake, prioritization, scoping, and delivery processes

  • Partner closely with Media, Creative, CRO, Strategy, Engineering, Leadership, and New Business to embed analytics into outcomes

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means analytics is trusted, proactive, rigorous, and foundational to how TNT operates. You are not judged on quantity of dashboards — you are judged on trust, leverage, and impact.

  • TNT has a clean, scalable analytics foundation

  • Reporting accuracy and reliability are consistent

  • Leadership trusts analytics completely

  • Clients see analytics as a value driver, not a reporting function

  • Analytics becomes proactive instead of reactive

  • The team takes ownership instead of shifting responsibility to Growth Managers

  • Issues are identified and addressed before they become problems

  • The function runs with discipline, structure, and accountability

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in analytics, data strategy, marketing science, or growth analytics

  • Proven experience building analytics foundations and systems at scale

  • Strong technical fluency across tracking, warehousing, data engineering, modeling, and BI

  • Deep familiarity with performance marketing analytics and modern attribution realities

  • Experience leading experimentation programs and advanced analytics such as incrementality, LTV/CAC, cohorting, or MMM

  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing analytics teams

  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence

  • Ownership mindset, proactive leadership, and strong accountability orientation

Compensation

$140k+ OTE

  • Structured around impact, truth, and leverage

  • Upside tied to performance, stability, and value creation
