Head of Data Office – Riyadh

Reports to CTO | Full-time, Exec level

Role: Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, compliance & analytics. Treat data as a key asset to drive growth, efficiency & innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Define & execute data strategy aligned with business goals

• Lead Data Office (governance, architecture, quality, analytics)
• Ensure compliance with PDPL & NCA regulations
• Build scalable data platforms & ensure integrity/security
• Drive AI/ML, BI & self-service analytics adoption
• Translate data into actionable insights
• Build & lead a high-performing data team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ yrs in senior data leadership roles
• Proven success in enterprise data strategy & platforms
• Strong governance, cloud data & analytics expertise
• Excellent leadership & stakeholder skills

Preferred: Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), privacy/regulation expertise, CDMP/DAMA certifications
