About the Role:

Operations

Head(Operations) -Coal Washery

"Head (Maintenance) – Coal Washery/ Coal Handling Plant"(Operations)

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis for failures & implementation of corrective actions
• Maintain spares inventory & liaise with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory & environmental norms
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM initiatives for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing waste.
• Responsible for timely execution of as a leader.
• Code of conduct, SAP, TOC & 411 awareness
• Process Safety Management & maintaining 5-S (Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain)).
• Project Handling related to Coal Handling ,Bulk Material Hand , coal (beneficiated coal)
• Coal Washery Operations & Distribution of Coal Field
• Maintenance of crushers, screens, stackers, conveyors, pumps, thickeners, feeders, HM cyclones, etc.

Qualifications

• B.E. /B.Tech /Diploma in Mining/ Mechanical/ Mineral Processing /Civil
