Head of Department – Construction & Infrastructure Services (UAE & Kuwait)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Full-Time

Our client, a global Testing, Inspection and Certification specialist (TIC), is seeking an Arabic-speaking Head of Department to lead their Construction & Infrastructure Services vertical. The role involves driving business growth, leading a 30+ team, and ensuring the successful delivery of major projects while managing multi-million USD P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development and expand the client portfolio.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee planning, delivery, and tender management for large-scale projects.
• Build strong client relationships and lead pricing and tender reviews.
• Ensure financial performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Represent the company at industry and regulatory forums.

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical or commercial field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction/Infrastructure (GCC preferred).
• 5+ years’ leadership experience managing bids, HR, and commercial functions.
• Proven P&L management and strong business development skills.
• English & Arabic communication skills; TIC experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• managing large bids: 5 years (Preferred)
• technical/commercial : 10 years (Preferred)
• construction/infrastructure: 5 years (Preferred)
