Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing department. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in online marketing strategies, leadership skills to guide a creative team, and a passion for driving brand growth through innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring consistent growth and performance.
- Oversee campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising.
- Manage online brand presence and reputation across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage the department budget effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Develop training modules and mentor students (if applicable in an educational setup).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
