Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing department. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in online marketing strategies, leadership skills to guide a creative team, and a passion for driving brand growth through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring consistent growth and performance.
  • Oversee campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising.
  • Manage online brand presence and reputation across platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage the department budget effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Develop training modules and mentor students (if applicable in an educational setup).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Analytics, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
  • Creativity and innovation in planning and execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
