Position: Head of Department (HOD) – Science
Location: Secunderabad, Telangana
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Gender Preference: Male/Female (Both)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HOD for the Science department to lead, mentor, and inspire both students and teachers. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, leadership skills, and a passion for science education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Science department, planning and coordinating curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Mentor and guide faculty members, ensuring high-quality teaching standards.
• Monitor student performance, implement improvement strategies, and encourage scientific curiosity.
• Develop and organize laboratory activities, experiments, and practical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with management to align departmental goals with the institution’s vision.
• Maintain academic records, prepare reports, and participate in school events.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related field).
• B.Ed (required for teaching).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching/academic leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about science education and mentoring students.
