Head of Development (Apps & Web)

Job Summary

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Head of Development (Apps & Web).

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Development professional to lead and execute end-to-end web and mobile application projects across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role where you will independently manage architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development of client websites, web applications, and mobile apps.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web and mobile solutions.

Gather technical requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver projects independently.

Manage hosting, deployments, third-party integrations, and ongoing maintenance.

Perform quality assurance, troubleshooting, and technical support before project delivery.

Identify future development hiring needs as project volume grows.

Requirements

10–15 years of experience in full-stack web and mobile application development.

Experience delivering projects for international, especially US-based, clients.

Strong proficiency in modern full-stack technologies such as React/Next.js, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.

Experience with React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android development.

Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, and marketing platforms.

Ability to independently manage projects from architecture through deployment.

Excellent English communication skills.

Comfortable working during core US business hours.

Preferred

Experience with AWS, GCP, Vercel, or other cloud/DevOps platforms.

Shopify or headless eCommerce development experience.

Experience with AI and automation integrations.
