About the Role

OMSA Consulting Pros. is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who excels in digital strategy, performance marketing, brand positioning, and data-driven decision-making.

You will oversee all digital marketing functions, align marketing efforts with business goals, and build a high-performing marketing team to scale our customer acquisition and brand presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, automation, paid media).
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI and growth.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements.

Brand, Content & Social Media

  • Oversee brand positioning and digital storytelling.
  • Manage strategic content planning—blogs, videos, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Strengthen the company’s online presence and engagement with key audiences.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards) to track campaign performance.
  • Provide executive-level reports on KPIs, ROI, and marketing insights.
  • Identify trends and make data-backed recommendations.

Technology & Innovation

  • Evaluate and implement marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure best practices in digital marketing, data management, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in scaling digital channels and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience within consulting, technology, or professional services is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
