Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital vertical. This role will be responsible for driving performance, innovation, team leadership, and client growth across all digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and scale teams across Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Content, and Analytics
  • Act as the key digital strategist for major client accounts
  • Drive innovation, new formats, tools, and platform adoption

Performance & Growth

  • Own and optimize paid media budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Track KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Identify growth opportunities through funnels, automation, retargeting, and CRO
  • Present performance reports and insights to clients and leadership

Client & Business Management

  • Lead digital client pitches, proposals, and strategy decks
  • Collaborate with Creative, Video, and Strategy teams for integrated campaigns
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction
  • Support business development with digital-first solutions

Tools, Tech & Analytics

  • Oversee use of tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Search Console, CRM tools
  • Implement tracking, dashboards, and attribution models
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital marketing or agency environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and large client portfolios
  • Strong expertise in Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads mandatory)
  • Deep understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Analytics
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience scaling brands and managing High ad budgets
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and AI tools
  • Exposure to e-commerce, lead generation, and brand campaigns
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
