Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused
Head of Digital Products
to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of digital platforms and solutions in our broking business. This is a leadership role responsible for creating seamless, innovative, and user-centric digital experiences across trading platforms (web/mobile), investment platforms, and backend systems, with the goal of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision

Define and own the digital product roadmap aligned with the company’s business goals, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks (SEBI, NSE, BSE, etc.).

Identify new product opportunities across equity, derivatives, commodities, IPOs, mutual funds, fixed income, and other investment products.

Benchmark against best-in-class global and Indian broking platforms to ensure competitive positioning.
Product Development & Management

Lead end-to-end digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Research) to deliver robust, scalable products.

Drive UX/UI excellence for web and mobile trading platforms.

Implement customer feedback loops and analytics to inform ongoing improvements.
Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.

Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and agile development.
Tech & Integration Oversight

Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure integration with market APIs, order management systems (OMS), back-office platforms, KYC systems, and payment gateways.

Ensure platform security, scalability, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management

Liaise with business heads, compliance officers, and senior leadership to align product initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the company’s digital product capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience

12–15+ years of experience in product management, preferably in stockbroking, fintech, or BFSI.

Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products in financial services.

Strong understanding of capital markets, trading systems, and regulatory environment in India.

Experience working with or integrating with NSE/BSE platforms, depositories (CDSL/NSDL), and SEBI regulations.

Familiarity with tech stacks, APIs, mobile/web platforms, and agile development practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute or equivalent relevant qualification (preferred).
