What is the Head of Digital Products & Growth?
Head of Digital Products & Growth is responsible for leading the end-to-end product strategy, monetization, and growth of Tamasha (OTT platform) and adjacent lifestyle digital services. The role owns P&L accountability, platform evolution, revenue acceleration, and ecosystem partnerships.
This is a business leadership role requiring a sharp commercial mindset, strong product intuition, and growth expertise. The individual acts as a digital leader equally comfortable with data, negotiations, product roadmaps, financial models, content strategy, advertising monetization, and cross-functional execution.
The role requires shaping a long-term digital vision in line with global OTT best practices, while adapting to local consumer behavior, regulatory landscape, and monetization realities.The role reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer with an extended team of 15 team members
What does Head of Digital Products & Growth do?

Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tamasha and adjacent lifestyle digital platforms, ensuring scalability and market leadership

Own and drive full P&L accountability across subscription, advertising, telco bundling, syndication, and strategic partnerships, while evolving SVOD/AVOD monetization frameworks to maximize revenue and profitability

Architect enterprise-level growth strategies spanning acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle optimization

Lead strategic oversight of premium content partnerships including TV broadcasters, major cricket boards such as PCB and ICC, international rights holders, and leading media houses

Spearhead high-value negotiations for sports media rights, live event streaming, content syndication, and digital distribution alliances

Lead evaluation and execution of strategic investments, mergers, acquisitions, and consolidation opportunities to accelerate scale, market share, and competitive positioning

Build and expand ecosystem partnerships across telecom, fintech, commerce, advertising, and digital content players to strengthen bundled propositions

Institutionalize data-driven decision-making by embedding analytics, experimentation, and customer insight into product strategy. Oversee optimization of key commercial metrics including ARPU, LTV, CAC, churn, contribution margins, and lifetime value creation

Evaluate regional and local OTT, digital media, and sports streaming trends to inform innovation, localization, and competitive positioning

Lead cross-functional alignment across product, technology, marketing, content, analytics, finance, and commercial teams to deliver unified outcomes

Represent the digital portfolio at executive and board levels, presenting growth strategy, performance reviews, investment cases, and strategic expansion opportunities

Product/Project management knowledge and experience

Proven digital product leader with full P&L ownership of large-scale consumer platforms (OTT/media/telco-tech)

Strong commercial expertise across subscription, advertising, and hybrid monetization models

Data-driven growth strategist with experience in lifecycle, performance marketing, and revenue optimization

Deep understanding of OTT, sports streaming, media rights, and digital ecosystem dynamics

Experience leading complex content, broadcast, and strategic partnership negotiations

Exposure to M&A, investment evaluation, and inorganic growth initiatives

Strong financial acumen and executive stakeholder management capability
Educational & other Requirements

Master's degree with 15+ years of progressive experience in digital products, OTT, media, or platform businesses; MBA preferred

Strong negotiation, partner management, and cross-functional leadership skills

Strategic thinker with sound decision-making ability in complex environments

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
