Octet Solutions is seeking a senior-level professional to establish, lead, and scale its Digital Training Institute. This role carries full ownership of academic leadership, instructor management, operational setup, and student growth. The Head of Digital Training Institute will be responsible for building industry-aligned programs in software, digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing, while ensuring quality delivery, strong student outcomes, and sustainable growth.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can design curricula from scratch, build academic systems, lead instructors, coordinate with internal departments, and support student acquisition through close alignment with the marketing team. The selected candidate will also represent the institute in seminars, workshops, and partnerships with external institutes and universities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve industry-relevant curricula for software, digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing programs.
- Recruit, lead, train, and evaluate instructors and academic staff to ensure high teaching quality and learning outcomes.
- Establish academic calendars, delivery frameworks, KPIs, assessment standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align programs with campaigns, advertisements, and enrollment strategies.
- Support student growth through academic planning, seminars, workshops, demos, and strategic collaborations.
- Build and manage partnerships with universities, institutes, trainers, and industry professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day academic and operational activities related to program delivery and student experience.
- Introduce new programs, certifications, and delivery models to support institute growth.
- Hire credible, well experienced and engaging instructors for the offered courses.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on performance, enrollment trends, and academic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership, training institute management, or education operations.
- Proven experience in curriculum design, program development, and instructor management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technology, or operations.
- Experience in private education, training institutes, or EdTech environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to take ownership, build systems from scratch, and drive measurable growth
