Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Head of Division – ELV & Home Automation to lead, manage, and grow our division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion, ensuring operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent leadership capabilities, and deep industry knowledge in ELV and smart-home technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Division Management

• Lead, manage, and develop the ELV & Home Automation division to achieve operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Establish and execute division-wide strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Provide strong leadership to sales, engineering, technical, and project teams.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV and smart-home solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
• Drive market penetration and support expansion into new customer segments.

Project & Operations Oversight

• Oversee sales, engineering, design, technical, and project execution workflows.
• Review and approve project designs, BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
• Monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality standards.

Team Development

• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure alignment with division goals and KPIs.
• Improve team capabilities through continuous development initiatives.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE requirements, and industry regulations.
• Promote innovation by adopting emerging ELV and smart-home technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in ELV and/or Home Automation, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, Smart Home Automation, AV Systems, Lighting Control, and related technologies.
• Proven experience managing sales, operations, and project delivery teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
