Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of E-Commerce to lead our digital commerce operations and drive online revenue growth. This executive role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that enhances customer experience, maximizes profitability, and positions SNYDER Golf USA as a leader in the digital golf retail space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize the online shopping experience
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue, conversion, and customer acquisition targets
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in golf e-commerce and digital retail

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including website management, product merchandising, and inventory coordination
  • Manage the e-commerce P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to post-purchase support
  • Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce platform and other business systems

Team Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team
  • Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and customer obsession
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and customer service teams

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Drive customer acquisition through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social commerce, and affiliate/influencer partnerships
  • Develop personalization strategies to increase customer lifetime value
  • Oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and A/B testing programs
  • Partner with marketing team to ensure cohesive omnichannel brand experience

Technology & Analytics

  • Evaluate and optimize e-commerce technology stack and platform capabilities
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
  • Implement tools and processes to enhance site performance, mobile experience, and checkout efficiency
  • Stay current with e-commerce technology trends and best practices

QualificationsRequired:

  • 7+ years of progressive e-commerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of scaling online revenue and driving profitable growth
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and e-commerce metrics
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience managing P&L and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred:

  • Experience in the sporting goods, golf, or lifestyle retail industry
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and the golf consumer landscape
  • Experience with D2C and omnichannel retail strategies
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR) in e-commerce
