DXB Perfume is a UK-based distributor and retailer of luxury Arabian fragrances, inspired by the bold and opulent spirit of Dubai. With a fast-growing online presence and kiosks across the UK, we offer a unique sensory experience to fragrance lovers, combining heritage scents with modern digital innovation.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Head of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing to take full ownership of our digital growth strategy and its day-to-day execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both developing and delivering digital strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and directly influencing online sales performance.


Role Overview

The Head of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving traffic, improving the customer journey, increasing online conversions, and growing DXB Perfume’s digital revenue. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who combines digital expertise with commercial thinking and operational discipline.

This is a strategic and delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who has experience in the luxury fragrance or beauty sector and is confident working across platforms, campaigns, content, and analytics.


Key Responsibilities


E-Commerce Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store (Shopify experience preferred)
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, engaging, and fully optimised for SEO and conversions
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness
  • Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and support

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Build and manage email marketing flows and newsletters (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
  • Develop and maintain a consistent digital content and social media calendar
  • Optimise digital performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and audience segmentation

Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Drive new customer growth while improving lifetime value and repeat purchases
  • Implement customer retention strategies such as loyalty schemes, review requests, and remarketing
  • Use customer insights to improve personalisation, product recommendations, and customer journeys

Data & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators such as ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and site traffic
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for management review
  • Use analytics tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager to inform decisions

Innovation & Growth

  • Identify and explore new growth channels, partnerships, and digital trends
  • Lead influencer and affiliate strategies to extend brand reach
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury fragrance market and competitors


Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in digital marketing and e-commerce roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Proven track record in managing and executing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok
  • Excellent knowledge of Klaviyo or other email automation tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimisation, and user experience best practices
  • Experience in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail industry is essential
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written communication and content planning skills
