Key Responsibilities
  
- 
   Lead and manage teams across Merchandising, Partnerships, Digital Platforms, Loyalty Programs, and Gift Cards.
  
- 
   Develop and implement operational plans to achieve sales and digital growth targets.
  
- 
   Manage the launch of new digital projects and continuously improve the online customer journey.
  
- 
   Build and maintain strategic relationships with delivery apps, banks, and installment service providers.
  
- 
   Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
  
- 
   Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration across digital touchpoints.
   
 
 
Qualifications & Requirements
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or E-Commerce (Master’s degree is a plus).
  
- 
   Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce, including leadership or supervisory roles.
  
- 
   In-depth understanding of digital consumer behavior and e-commerce sales channels.
  
- 
   Proven track record of launching digital initiatives and achieving measurable sales results.
  
- 
   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  
- 
   Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
