Ajyal American School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Early Years to lead KG division. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of instructional leadership, curriculum development, and staff management within an American or international school context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teaching and learning aligned with the American Common Core and UAE Ministry curriculum
• Oversee staff performance, professional development, and student wellbeing
• Ensure compliance with ADEK standards and support inspection readiness
• Foster a positive, inclusive school culture and strong parent partnerships

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or Leadership.
• 8+ years of teaching experience, 3+ years in school leadership
• Strong knowledge of American curriculum and UAE education standards
• Excellent communication, data analysis, and team-building skills
