Head of Ecommerce

We are seeking an experienced Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale a residential property marketplace platform.

This role will be responsible for driving online revenue performance, optimizing marketplace supply and demand, and building a scalable digital growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the e-commerce and marketplace growth strategy

• Grow and manage active property listings in collaboration with landlords, brokers, and partners

• Optimize listing visibility, pricing competitiveness, and conversion performance

• Drive tenant acquisition through digital performance channels

• Improve conversion rates across the end-to-end funnel

• Reduce cost per acquisition and time-to-rent metrics

• Oversee digital marketing performance and budget allocation

• Build reporting frameworks and track marketplace KPIs weekly

• Lead and manage a cross-functional growth team

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading an e-commerce or digital marketplace business

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, acquisition funnels, and conversion optimization

• Commercial mindset with ownership of revenue targets

• Experience managing digital acquisition budgets and ROI performance

• Strong analytical and reporting capability

• Leadership experience managing teams in a growth environment

• Experience in real estate or marketplace-based businesses is highly preferred

• This is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for digital revenue and marketplace performance.
