Head of Engineering - MEP

Head of Engineering shall be responsible for the complete design & detailed engineering of Mechanical system for the projects that are executed in the geographical domain covering multiple countries .must have expetise on HVAC & MEP projects.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
• Oversee design and engineering deliverables for major industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Plan, schedule, and manage engineering resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct detailed technical reviews and optimize design specifications.
• Evaluate and approve vendor engineering documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage scope variations.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent to strengthen the competency pipeline.

Support procurement functions and ensure timely approvals for vendor submissions
