Position Purpose:
To lead, manage, and continuously improve the organization’s ERP (SAP) landscape by aligning systems, processes, and technology with business strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and value realization.
Job Description:

Lead and manage the overall ERP (SAP) strategy, roadmap, and governance across the organization.

Oversee day-to-day ERP operations, enhancements, and system support activities.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, functional heads, and SAP/IT teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.

Ensure effective implementation, stabilization, and optimization of SAP modules in line with business needs.

Provide guidance on best practices, process standardization, and system controls across all SAP-enabled functions.

Manage ERP-related change management, user adoption, and communication initiatives.

Oversee data integrity, master data governance, and system security controls.

Lead, mentor, and develop the ERP/SAP team, including succession planning and skill development.

Coordinate with external SAP consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards within SAP processes.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Sciences.

Min 10 yearsof experience in ERP/SAP environments, with significant exposure to SAP leadership roles.

Hands on experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or S/4HANA preferred.
