Job Role:

The Head of Export – Agri-Commodities will lead and manage the company’s export operations, ensuring efficient movement of agricultural commodities from sourcing to delivery at designated export channels. This role requires strong operational expertise, supplier coordination, and deep understanding of local export processes, compliance, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export strategies for agri-commodities aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end export operations including sourcing, documentation, logistics coordination, and dispatch.
• Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and export partners.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulatory, legal, and quality standards related to export operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams including procurement, logistics, finance, and warehousing for smooth execution.
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and demand for agri-commodities to support business decisions.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in export operations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the export team to ensure high performance and accountability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain or Export Management will be a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in export of agri-commodities and supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of local export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale agri commodity operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Salary: 200k to 300k (PKR)

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri) & 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday)
