What This Role Is About

Our client is looking for a Head of Exports, based in Jeddah, to lead and scale sales operations across Saudi Arabia while unlocking growth across African markets.


This role will take ownership of managing all sales channels within KSA, while driving expansion into new markets across Africa and ensuring a strong route to market execution.


You will oversee wholesale, B2B, and Horeca channels in Saudi Arabia, while building and executing a robust export strategy to drive growth across Africa.


You will work closely with commercial, sales, and logistics teams to deliver on revenue and market share targets, while building long-term relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Proven FMCG experience, with a strong track record across Saudi Arabia and exposure to African markets
  • Strong hands-on experience managing the KSA market across wholesale, B2B, and Horeca channels
  • Demonstrated ability to open and scale new markets in Africa, with an effective route to market strategies
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams across geographies
  • Commercially strong, with excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into execution and drive measurable growth
