About the Division:


Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic leadership for all administrative, facility, travel, and support services to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-efficient office operations across the organization. The role oversees office management, fleet management, event management, Health, Safety, Security and Environment. It ensures operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery for employees and leadership.


What you will do?


Facilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative strategy, policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks aligned with company goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership for facilities management to ensure business continuity, infrastructure reliability, and operational effectiveness across all AGTL locations.
  • Oversee planning, modernization, and maintenance of DG Khan plant, regional offices, and corporate facilities.
  • Govern travel services (domestic & international) for employees, guests, and vendors while ensuring timely and cost-efficient arrangements.
  • Lead logistics coordination for corporate events, meetings, engagements, and official activities.
  • Manage office operations including workspace planning, housekeeping, landscaping, reception, and workplace environment standards.
  • Govern contractors, vendors, utilities, rented/leased properties, scrap management, asset documentation, and BMS/power backup systems.
  • Ensure disciplined budget management, project execution, and compliance with facilities-related regulatory standards and government bodies (WAPDA, LESCO, LDA, WASA, etc.).
  • Govern overall fleet management including company vehicles, drivers, fuel cards, maintenance, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor mission logs, route control, fuel usage, repair/maintenance cycles, and vehicle disposal/auctioning.

Health Safety Security & Environment:

  • Provide strategic leadership for AGTL’s Security & HSSE framework, ensuring protection of employees, assets, operations, and infrastructure.
  • Establish and govern HSSE and security policies, standards, audits, risk assessments, and incident management protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, law-enforcement agencies, and HSSE statutory requirements.
  • Oversee safety and surveillance systems including CCTV, access control, fire safety, alarm systems, and emergency equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety culture, operational controls, hazard management, and emergency preparedness across all sites.
  • Maintain enterprise-wide readiness for emergencies through drills, updated procedures, and trained personnel.
  • Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
  • Ensure resource allocation and governance of HSSE operations across plants, warehouses, offices, and dealer networks.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

  • Masters or Equivalent degree in Engineering/Business Studies from reputable institute
  • NEBOSH IGC certification or any other HSE certification will be preferred

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in similar roles with at least 3 years in leadership role in manufacturing company.
  • Automotive experience will be preferred.

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO45001 & ISO14001 standards.
  • Handling of large teams, good GR/PR skills
  • Internal/ External Stakeholder Management
  • Can conduct hazard identification & risk assessment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of facilities management and maintenance
