Head of Finance

Why This Role Exists

We are at an inflection point in our growth. As we scale, finance becomes a strategic lever, not just a reporting function. We are looking for a high-potential leader who wants to step into that challenge early in their career. This role is designed for someone who aspires to be a VP of Finance and wants real ownership, not just a supporting role. You will work directly
with the CEO, own the financial model, and help shape how we invest, grow, and scale.

  • Partner directly with the CEO and GTM leadership on growth decisions
  • Help shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Prepare materials for board and investor conversations

You will not be buried in accounting, but you will need to be accounting knowledgeable in order to help manage our external partners for bookkeeping and transactional finance. This role blends strategic finance and hands-on financial operations. You will build models, support pricing and GTM strategy, and prepare board materials. You will also be accountable for the accuracy and integrity of our financials, including close, audit readiness and partner management.

  • Help translate business performance into a clear story
  • Support future fundraising readiness

Financial Operations Oversight

  • Strong partnership with GTM leaders that influences key decisions
  • Board materials that are clear, insightful, and forward-looking

  • Background in one or more of the following: SaaS FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting
  • Experience working with financial models and business analytics

  • Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics

  • You want to be close to decision-making, not removed from it

What You Will Gain

  • Direct partnership with the CEO on strategy and decision-making

  • Mentorship from experienced financial leadership
  • Ownership of finance far earlier than typical career paths
