This is a Head of Finance role at a 30-year-old UAE trading group with five legal entities, four banking relationships, and CEO-level exposure from day one. We are looking for a fully qualified accountant ready to step up from Finance Manager into full ownership of the finance function. Techniline Electronics is a 30-year-old UAE business built on Professional Audio Equipment, Public Address Systems, and Musical Instruments. Why This Role Exists

Our long-tenured Finance Head is moving on after delivering exceptional service. We're not looking for a like-for-like replacement — we're looking for the next generation of finance leadership: someone who is hungry, fully qualified, and ready to own a Head of Finance title with all the scope (and visibility) that comes with it. You will report directly to the CEO and MD, present monthly to the leadership team, and own the full finance function across five entities.

What You'll Own

• Monthly book closure (working day 7) and consolidated financial reporting across 5 legal entities
• Weekly GP margin tracking, monthly margin analysis by brand / channel / segment
• Rolling 6-week cashflow forecast and quarterly rolling 3-month P&L forecast
• Daily cash position review, payment approvals, and banking interface (NBF, ADCB, BOB, Mashreq)
• Statutory audit execution across all entities — coordination, schedules, three-way reconciliations
• 100% on-time UAE VAT filings and Corporate Tax compliance; FTA correspondence
• AR oversight (≥90% within credit terms), AP supervision, stock valuation integrity
• Finance team management — direct reports and cross-functional partnering with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse
• Daily leadership huddle, weekly leadership meeting, monthly financials presentation to CEO/MD
• Contribution to ERP enhancement, MIS automation (AI dashboards), and new revenue process design

Who You Are

• Fully qualified accountant: ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, CA, CMA, or CPA. No part-qualified candidates.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years' total finance experience; minimum 4 years in UAE.
• Sector: Hands-on experience in UAE trading, distribution, or retail. Group / multi-entity consolidation experience is non-negotiable.
• Technical depth: Strong VAT, Corporate Tax, audit, banking, treasury, and FP&A capability. Comfortable with ERP systems (we use AcSys; SAP / Oracle / Tally experience all welcome).
• Personality: Bias for action. Intellectually honest. Hands-on but able to step back. Comfortable challenging the CEO with data, comfortable being challenged in return.
• Ambition: You're looking for a step up — in title, scope, or both. You want to own the function, not be a piece of it.

What We Offer

• Starting salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month (all-inclusive).
• 12-Month Review Clause: Structured review at month 12. Deliver against the scorecard and target compensation moves up. This is a written commitment, not a verbal hope.
