Lead Financial Strategy, Governance & Performance Across US Operations

Working hours are typically 9am–5pm EST, with flexibility based on business needs. We welcome applicants located in Florida, collaborating with both US‑based and international colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reporting into the Group Finance function.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of all accounting records and financial systems.
• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for the US entity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Provide relevant, objective financial insight to support strategic decision‑making at Group level.
• Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans for the US division.
• Oversee working capital management, including cashflow, creditors, debtors and overhead control.
• Strengthen the internal financial control environment, embedding a strong risk management culture across the organisation.
• Support the Group CFO in the execution of the Group’s tax strategy.
• Ensure federal, state and local tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements across the US.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, and other external finance partners.
• Keep key stakeholders informed and aligned around progress and key financial milestones.

What do you need?

• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently within a matrix environment and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• A performance‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar, or extensive relevant experience.
• Proven success working effectively in a remote role.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, Chartered Accountant) required.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or service‑based industries is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of US federal and state tax requirements.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.
