Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Head of Finance / CFO for a well-established organization in the FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and risk management practices.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

Requirements:

✔ ACA / ACCA / CMA / MBA Finance.
✔ 5–8 years of relevant finance experience.
✔ Prior experience in the FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
✔ Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, taxation, and cash flow management.
✔ Experience dealing with audits, compliance matters, and financial analysis.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Manufacturing Organizations
