About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Floral to lead our floral design team, manage operations, drive sales, and grow our online and offline business. This role blends creative floral leadership with strong operational, sales, and e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the floral team and daily operations.

* Create floral designs for events, weddings, and client requests.

* Oversee inventory, procurement, and quality control.

* Drive sales through client consultations, upselling, and business development.

* Manage and grow the e-commerce presence — including online product listings, orders, customer experience, and digital sales performance.

* Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver outstanding floral solutions.

Requirements:

* Proven floral design experience with a strong portfolio.

* Leadership, team training, and operational management skills.

* Experience in sales, customer relations, and e-commerce/digital retail.

* Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and a business-driven mindset.
