QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, etc.)

At least 10 years of experience in a similar position,

Excellent command of written & spoken English,

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, trends, and industry best practices,

Excellent command of Ms Office applications,

Proficiency in CRM, POS & cost control systems,
-
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of managing successful teams

Adapting to flexible working hours,
-
Living or able to live in Fethiye.
JOB DESCRIBTION

Strategically plan, execute, and supervise all F&B operations,
-
Manage menu strategy, pricing, and product development with the Executive Chef,
-
Control food & beverage costs, analyze P&L reports, and develop action plans,
-
Ensure service and hygiene standards meet legal requirements and brand criteria,
-
Measure guest satisfaction, analyze feedback, and implement service improvements,
-
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and ensure alignment with targets,
-
Develop systems and procedures to optimize operational processes,
-
Oversee procurement, stock, and warehouse management; guide purchasing,
-
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on events, campaigns, and revenue projects,
-
Mentors, develops, and provides on-the-job training to Outlet Managers to strengthen their current performance and preparation for future advancement,
-
Prepare timely operational reports for senior Management,
-
Apply and enhance brand standards across all outlets.
