Head of Global Sales – AI-Powered Content Creation


My client are a high-growth AI technology company transforming how brands, creators, and enterprises produce content, intelligently, efficiently, and at scale. As the business expand worldwide, they are seeking a dynamic Head of Global Sales to lead the global revenue engine and drive our next stage of hyper-growth.


About the Role

In this senior leadership position, you will own our global go-to-market strategy, build and scale high-performing sales teams across regions, and develop targeted approaches for key industry verticals. You’ll work closely with the executive team to position the AI platform as the market leader while establishing a repeatable, scalable sales motion that supports long-term growth.


The role will include:

  • Define and execute a global GTM strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Build, mentor, and scale world-class sales teams across major international regions
  • Develop vertical-specific sales strategies to expand the footprint in priority industries
  • Establish best-in-class sales processes, forecasting, and performance frameworks
  • Drive enterprise-level revenue growth through strategic partnerships and key account acquisition
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven success leading global sales organizations in fast-scaling AI businesses
  • Strong track record building GTM strategies that unlock sustained, measurable growth
  • Experience hiring, developing, and managing distributed international sales teams
  • Ability to operate strategically while staying hands-on in high-impact deals
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales & solution selling
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
