Our clients include top-tier hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and alternative investment companies seeking proven leaders to own and elevate their risk and compliance frameworks.

As Head of GRC, you will serve as the most senior governance, risk, and compliance professional within the organisation and will act as a strategic partner to the C-suite and board whilst establishing a culture of risk awareness and regulatory excellence. You will own the enterprise-wide GRC framework, drive regulatory relationships, and ensure the firm operates within all it's applicable local and international regulatory obligations.

• 12+ years in GRC, risk, or compliance within financial services
• Senior leadership background at a hedge fund, asset manager, investment bank, or institutional investor
• Track record building or transforming GRC functions
• Strong knowledge of international standards
• Relevant professional qualification: ICA, ACAMS, CFA, or legal background
• Exceptional stakeholder and board-level communication skills
