Head of Growth

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead our overall growth strategy, drive customer acquisition, and optimize user retention. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to deliver scalable and sustainable growth across all channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, and tech) to achieve growth objectives.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing channels to improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance user journeys.
  • Implement retention strategies to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Build and manage the growth budget efficiently to maximize impact.
  • Explore and establish new partnerships and growth opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or product management; with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in driving measurable growth and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with growth analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English.
