Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Head of Growth
to lead our overall growth strategy, drive customer acquisition, and optimize user retention. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to deliver scalable and sustainable growth across all channels.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, and tech) to achieve growth objectives.

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.

Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing channels to improve ROI.

Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance user journeys.

Implement retention strategies to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.

Build and manage the growth budget efficiently to maximize impact.

Explore and establish new partnerships and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or product management; with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in driving measurable growth and managing cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with growth analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
