Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage overall marketing operations, ensuring alignment with the group’s objectives and Domino’s international guidelines.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, policies, and initiatives that support business objectives across the QSR sector.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance, continuously optimizing strategies to drive growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, SEO, email, and paid media, to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute store-level marketing activities and events, ensuring consistent communication, strong brand representation, and enhanced customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, and Procurement) to ensure cohesive campaign execution and effective resource utilization.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure all activities deliver measurable ROI.
  • Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns to fit regional market dynamics while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Track and evaluate marketing performance metrics, providing reports and actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is plus.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of Marketing experience, with experience in the QSR or Food & Beverages industry.

Functional Knowledge:

  • Proven ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies across social media and paid media channels.
  • Experienced in enhancing online visibility and customer engagement through actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Skilled in planning and executing high-impact events and developing effective communication strategies to strengthen brand presence.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Proficient in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Up to date with emerging marketing technologies, digital trends, and consumer behavior analytics.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
