Senior Account Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with
enterprise customers
, driving adoption of Microsoft solutions and services across cloud, productivity, and security portfolios.
You will act as a
trusted advisor
, helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals while ensuring licensing compliance and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

Build a deep understanding of customers’ business strategies and IT roadmaps to position Noventiq’s and Microsoft’s value proposition effectively.

Lead account planning and business reviews with customers and Microsoft stakeholders.

Drive sales growth across Microsoft solution areas — Modern Work, Azure, Security, and Business Applications.

Manage licensing renewals and migrations (EA, CSP, MPSA) ensuring smooth transitions and optimized spend.

Coordinate with technical presales, services, and marketing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Stay updated on Microsoft programs, incentives, and licensing changes to advise customers accurately.

Track opportunities and pipeline through CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365) and provide accurate forecasting.

Represent Noventiq in enterprise engagements with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in enterprise account management or IT solution sales.

Proven success managing large enterprise customers with multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, licensing programs (EA, CSP, MPSA), and cloud solutions.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Experience in collaborating within a matrix organization and managing complex sales cycles.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Modern Work, Licensing Specialist) are highly desirable.
