Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the digital products, from roadmap strategy and market research to launch and post-release optimization. Drives data-informed decisions, gathers customer feedback, and partners cross-functionally to enhance user experience, boost adoption, and deliver business impact.
 
 ·        Define, prioritize, and execute the mobile app product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
 
 ·        Owns product backlog and prioritization
 
 ·        Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
 
 ·        Works closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases.
 
 ·        Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (activation, retention, engagement, revenue, conversion rates) to guide decision-making.
 
 ·        Develop and own product analytics dashboards to track KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
 
 ·        Use data and experimentation (A/B tests, funnel metrics) to validate hypotheses and optimize product outcomes.
 
 ·        Translate insights from customer feedback and product data into actionable product enhancements
 
 ·       Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory standards are met while scaling adoption and engagement.
 
 Requirements
 
- 
   4-6 years of experience
   
 
- 
   Mobile apps experience is a must, fintech or telecom experience is preferred

   Market & Industry insights
   
 
- 
   Familiar with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello,..etc)
   
 
- 
   Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, mixpanel,..etc)
   
 
- 
   Experience in A/B testing

   Familiar with scrum methodology
