Role Summary

We are hiring a Head of Growth to own end-to-end revenue generation across performance marketing, content strategy, influencer partnerships, and funnel optimization.

This is not a media buyer role. This is a business growth leadership role responsible for scaling revenue profitably.

The Head of Growth is accountable for revenue numbers, not activity.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership

  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain profitable CAC to margin balance
  • Improve AOV and conversion rate
  • Forecast revenue performance weekly

Performance Marketing

  • Lead ad strategy across platforms
  • Scale profitable campaigns
  • Kill underperforming campaigns quickly
  • Manage creative testing frameworks

Creative & Content Direction

  • Translate performance data into creative direction
  • Align content team with revenue goals
  • Ensure weekly creative pipeline

Influencer & Partnerships

  • Build performance-driven influencer system
  • Negotiate ROI-focused collaborations
  • Track influencer conversion impact

Campaign Execution

  • Launch structured monthly campaigns
  • Coordinate offers with ops and finance
  • Ensure campaign profitability

KPIs

  • Monthly revenue
  • CAC
  • MER (blended ROAS)
  • AOV
  • Conversion rate
  • Creative testing velocity
  • Influencer ROI

Requirements

  • 4+ years e-commerce growth experience
  • Strong performance marketing background
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Leadership experience managing teams
  • Ability to work under revenue accountability
  • Strong analytical and financial understanding

Success Definition

Revenue grows profitably.
Marketing becomes predictable, not chaotic.
Founder is not involved in daily growth execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
