rndr. is a media production company specializing in high-quality visual storytelling, branded content, commercial production, and digital campaigns. We partner with brands, agencies, and growing businesses to deliver visually compelling, results-driven content that drives measurable impact.

As we scale, we are looking for a Business Development Lead to directly drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio.

Role Overview

You will identify, approach, and close:

  • Agencies outsourcing editing and full post-production.
  • Established creators with monetized audiences.
  • Founder-led brands investing heavily in content.
  • Channel operators building scalable media engines.

This is a revenue ownership role — not just lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach qualified leads (brands, marketing teams, agencies, founders).
  • Build and manage a consistent outbound sales pipeline.
  • Present rndr’s production services clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiate project scopes, budgets, and retainers.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the production team.
  • Develop long-term client relationships for recurring work.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years in business development, sales, or agency growth.
  • Experience selling into North America (U.S./Canada) or European markets preferred.
  • Strong understanding of agencies, creators, and digital content businesses.
  • Confident negotiator with proven closing ability.
  • Self-managed, target-driven, and comfortable in a commission-based structure.
