About the Role

A Senior Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead the full sales cycle independently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle (prospecting → pitching → closing → follow-up)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts professionally
  • Mentor junior team members when needed

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (typically 3+ years)
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and complex deals
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
