Associate Account Manager

Valleysoft is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in managing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to their ongoing satisfaction and growth with our services.

As an Associate Account Manager at Valleysoft, you will support senior account managers in developing strategic plans for account growth, providing insightful input based on client feedback and market trends. You will play a key role in the execution of marketing strategies, maintaining client contact, and ensuring effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Account Support & Relationship Management

    • Support management of assigned enterprise accounts (Banking, Government, Telecom, etc.)
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
    • Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and account documentation

2. Sales & Pipeline Development

    • Assist in building and managing sales pipeline
    • Support RFP responses and proposal preparation
    • Work with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements
    • Track opportunities using CRM and internal tools

3. Internal Coordination

    • Act as liaison between clients and delivery teams
    • Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
    • Support contract follow-up and commercial documentation

4. Market Intelligence

    • Research industry trends and customer initiatives
    • Identify new prospects within target sectors
    • Monitor competitor activity


Requirements


Experience

    • 1–3 years in sales, business development, or account coordination

Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Skills

    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • High ownership & accountability mindset
    • Organized and process-oriented
    • Willingness to learn enterprise technology solutions
    • Basic understanding of IT/software solutions is a plus
