About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Oncology Key Account Manager to lead our commercial efforts across key oncology accounts in Egypt. This role is ideal for candidates with multinational pharmaceutical experience in Egypt, who are eager to play a pivotal role in shaping the oncology landscape through access to high-quality, innovative, and affordable therapies.


Responsibilities

  1. Build, manage, and grow trusted partnerships with key oncology stakeholders, including major hospitals, oncology centers, KOLs, and MOH strategic entities.
  2. Drive sales growth and market access for Anabion’s oncology portfolio, including biosimilars and immuno-oncology products.
  3. Develop and implement account-specific strategies tailored to the needs and dynamics of each institution.
  4. Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to align scientific messaging, value dossiers, and compliance.
  5. Ensure effective product positioning and visibility in key tenders, formularies, and treatment protocols.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and policy shifts to proactively adapt strategies.
  7. Serve as the face of ANA B ION in high-impact oncology engagements, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in oncology commercial roles within multinational pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.
  • Strong network with oncology KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and UPA.
  • Solid understanding of Egypt’s oncology market access dynamics and institutional buying behaviors.
  • Proven ability to deliver on ambitious sales targets within complex account structures.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ethical standards and compliance mindset.
