Pod Manager(Social Media Manager)

The Pod Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Account Executives, ensuring seamless daily operations, high-quality deliverables, and strong client satisfaction. This role combines administrative oversight (attendance, reporting, workload management) with creative and strategic leadership (content planning, campaign conceptualization, quality control, and client relationship management). Acting as both a people manager and an account manager, the Pod Manager ensures that all campaigns, strategies, and deliverables are executed on time, meet quality standards, and align with client objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise, guide, and support a pod of Account Executives.
2. Manage attendance, leaves, and daily workflows.
3. Ensure content calendars and deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client strategy.
4. Review and validate reports, flat plans, and task flows before submission.
5. Oversee campaign quality, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
6. Act as the main liaison between Account Executives and Account Directors.
7. Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalations quickly.
8. Lead weekly team meetings to track progress and resolve challenges.
9. Provide coverage during team absences to ensure continuity.

Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements.

Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or team leadership in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media content, campaign strategy, and client servicing best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
