WeSponsored is our proprietary iOS app that connects brands with creators, making campaign participation seamless for creators and results-driven for brands. It's the engine that powers creator activation across ProductWind's platform — and the product at the center of this role.
We're a 25-person team with a strong product and engineering foundation, and we're ready to pour fuel on the fire. We need someone to own the entire growth engine — from first touch to power user.

This is the single most important hire we're making right now. We need someone to 10x our user base.
Today, our acquisition is primarily organic and email-based, and our funnel has significant room for optimization. Everything is on the table — new channels, new strategies, product-led growth loops, partnerships, whatever works.
You'll own the full growth picture: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across both sides of our marketplace (influencers and brands). You'll work directly with our product and engineering team to ship experiments, build growth features, and optimize every step of the user journey. You'll also build and execute on channel strategy to drive top-of-funnel volume.
This is not a "write a strategy doc and hand it off" role. You'll be hands-on — running experiments, analyzing data, writing copy, talking to users, and doing whatever it takes to move the number.
Full-funnel growth strategy — Develop and execute a plan to 10x our user base with clear milestones and accountability
Acquisition — Identify, test, and scale new user acquisition channels beyond organic and email (paid social, referrals, partnerships, content, community, influencer seeding, ASO, and anything else that works)
Activation & onboarding — Partner with product and engineering to optimize the journey from download to first campaign participation
Retention & engagement — Build systems (notifications, lifecycle messaging, product loops) that keep users coming back and participating in campaigns
Marketplace health — Ensure growth is balanced across both sides of the marketplace — more influencers AND more brand campaigns
Experimentation — Build a culture of rapid testing and learning with the infrastructure and cadence for continuous iteration
Analytics & insights — Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and use data to prioritize ruthlessly
Have 5+ years of experience in growth roles at consumer or marketplace startups, ideally through a period of significant scaling
Have actually grown something — you can point to specific numbers you moved and explain how you did it
Are comfortable across the full stack of growth: product experimentation, channel strategy, lifecycle marketing, and data analysis
Can work directly with engineers and designers — you can write a solid product spec, interpret analytics, and have strong opinions about UX
Have experience with two-sided marketplaces or platforms (influencer, creator economy, or gig economy experience is a plus)
Are scrappy and hands-on — you'll personally run the first version of most things before building a team around what works
Think in systems and loops, not just campaigns — you're looking for compounding growth, not one-off wins
Are comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment
