Head of Growth & Digital Marketing

Job Description
BridgeNatix is building an in-house marketing team in Lahore to support a growing portfolio of brands across digital commerce, services, and B2B. We are looking for a commercially strong, hands-on Head of Growth & Digital Marketing to lead this function from the front.

This is not a narrow social media or campaign management role. We need someone who understands how modern marketing actually works across the full funnel, from traffic to conversion to retention.

You should be equally comfortable discussing PPC, SEO, CRO, email/CRM, brand positioning, creative direction, reporting, and team building. Most importantly, you should know how to turn all of that into measurable business growth.

You will be responsible for building the marketing engine, hiring and managing the right team under you, and driving growth across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the digital growth strategy across BridgeNatix brands
  • Build, hire, train, and manage the in-house marketing team in Lahore
  • Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels
  • Oversee SEO strategy, technical SEO priorities, content planning, and organic growth
  • Improve website conversion rates through landing page optimisation, funnel thinking, and testing
  • Build and manage email and CRM flows for acquisition, retention, reactivation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Work closely with content, design, video, social media, and web teams to ensure strong execution
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports covering traffic, leads, sales, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, retention, and channel performance
  • Set clear KPIs for the team and review performance regularly
  • Manage marketing budgets carefully and allocate spend based on results
  • Help shape brand positioning, campaign direction, and creative strategy across different markets and audiences
  • Collaborate with founders and leadership to prioritise what matters most commercially
  • Put proper systems, dashboards, SOPs, and accountability in place

What We Are Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, email marketing, and analytics
  • Proven experience managing budgets and improving ROI/ROAS
  • Experience leading a team and hiring specialists across multiple functions
  • Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, and reporting tools
  • Ability to think strategically and still execute hands-on when needed
  • Strong commercial understanding of how marketing connects to revenue
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working across e-commerce, service businesses, marketplaces, or B2B brands is highly preferred
  • Agency or multi-brand in-house experience is a strong advantage

You Will Stand Out If You Have

  • Built a marketing team from scratch
  • Managed multiple brands or business units at the same time
  • Worked with international markets such as the UK, UAE, Europe, or North America
  • Built CRM and lifecycle systems that improved repeat purchase or customer retention
  • Led both acquisition and retention strategy, not just one part of the funnel
  • Worked closely with designers, developers, content teams, and business leadership

Important Note

This role is for someone who can lead and build, not just run ads.

If your experience is limited to posting on social media, basic campaign setup, or reporting on vanity metrics, this role will not be the right fit.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, build a strong team, and move multiple brands forward with clarity, discipline, and measurable results.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

In the first 90 days, you should be able to:

  • audit the current digital setup
  • identify quick wins and immediate revenue opportunities
  • put reporting and performance tracking in place
  • define team structure and hiring needs
  • improve campaign quality and tracking accuracy
  • set a clear roadmap for SEO, paid media, CRM, CRO, and creative execution
