THE OPPORTUNITY

I'm the founder and face of the brand.

Today, I still act as the company's Chief Marketing Officer.

I'm the one creating the content strategy, deciding what videos we make, optimizing YouTube, thinking through Instagram, improving funnels, building nurture sequences, and driving marketing direction.

That's no longer the highest leverage use of my time.

I'm looking for someone who can become the strategic marketing leader of this company.

Your job is simple:

Build the marketing engine that gets us from $300k/month to $1M+/month.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You will own the entire marketing department.

Including:

• YouTube strategy and growth
• Instagram strategy and growth
• Organic content strategy
• Paid advertising
• Funnel optimization
• Landing pages
• Marketing analytics
• Creative direction
• Marketing KPIs
• Hiring and managing future marketing talent
• Working directly with me on company growth

My job becomes recording content.

Your job becomes turning that content into revenue.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You don't measure success by views.

You measure success by:

• Qualified leads
• Booked calls
• Show rates
• Cash collected
• Customer acquisition cost
• Revenue growth
