Head of Growth Marketing

As we evolve our innovative products, we're hiring an experienced Head of Growth Marketing. This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll partner with the CEO to define, build, and execute the marketing strategy that drives the company's next stage of growth. You'll have broad ownership across demand generation, product marketing, website optimization, SEO, customer acquisition, analytics, and marketing operations.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You'll be expected to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on. One day you may be analyzing conversion funnels and engaging new partnership, and the next you may be launching a new landing page, managing freelancers, or writing messaging for a product launch.

What You'll Own:

Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute our overall growth marketing strategy.
• Partner with the CEO on go-to-market initiatives, positioning, pricing, and

growth priorities.

• Establish marketing goals tied directly to qualified pipeline and revenue.

Demand Generation

• Grow new trial accounts and qualified inbound demo requests through

organic and paid channels.

• Develop SEO and content strategies that increase high-intent traffic

across traditional and emerging online channels.

• Manage paid search and other performance marketing initiatives.
• Build and optimize referral, partnership, and review-site strategies.

Website & Conversion Optimization

• Own the sessionshealth.com website.
• Continuously improve landing pages, messaging, conversion rates, and

user experience.

• Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion.

Product Marketing

• Lead product launches and feature announcements.
• Develop compelling messaging and positioning.
• Create sales enablement materials that help communicate our value.
• Conduct competitive research and refine our market positioning.

Customer Lifecycle Marketing

• Improve onboarding communications and nurture campaigns.
• Increase trial conversion and customer engagement.
• Partner with Customer Success to support retention and expansion.

Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards that measure marketing performance.
• Track funnel conversion, attribution, customer acquisition cost, retention,

and ROI.

• Use data to prioritize investments and continuously improve results.

Build the Marketing Function

• Recommend marketing tools and processes.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and contractors.
• Help define future marketing hires as the company grows

Who You Are:

This is an ideal position for someone that enjoys building rather than maintaining, thinks like an owner, loves using data to make decisions, balances creativity with analytical thinking, can switch comfortably between strategy and execution, cares deeply about the customer experience, and prefers to move quickly.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6–10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Experience helping a SaaS company scale through a meaningful growth

stage.

• Demonstrated success owning demand generation and measurable

pipeline growth.

• Strong SEO and website optimization experience.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and marketing

analytics.

• Excellent written communication and messaging skills.
• Experience launching products or major features.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Additional Experience We'd Love:

• Experience marketing software, healthcare, or healthcare technology

products across B2B.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience managing agencies and freelance contributors.
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms, and conversion optimization

tools.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $130,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
